Lisaa students worked on commercial architecture propositions
Bongrain, the European and worldwide cheese industry leader (Caprices des Dieux, Bresse Bleu, Chaumes, Saint Moret, Tartare …) set up a 2-year partnership with Lisaa Paris to create innovative scenarios relating to cheese sales and consumption.
Lisaa students worked on concrete propositions which included reflections on selling areas, packaging, eating habits and cheese consumption.
Confidentiality clause
The Lisaa/Bongrain partnership was accompanied by a confidentiality clause. In exchange, Bongrain committed itself to remunerating the winning team and offering them a contract if the project was used.
Bongrain representatives attended the final presentation of the projects. They commended the Lisaa students’ creativity and professionalism. Contest results will be announced in early March.
