May 12 : The « Interface » contest

Lisaa students won three prizes for their work on long-term development

The Interface agency specializes in the conception, manufacture and sale of fabric tiles destined for long-term development. Interface proposed a contest for design students with the theme : create a use for carpet tiles with the idea of salvaging.

Africa honored

Lisaa students let their imagination roam free, the winning projects seduced the jury in their functional, practical applications.

1st prize : Florian Berard proposed a project focusing on cutting up and reusing tiles as thermal and accoustic insulation. He won a one-week trip for two to a European destination of his choice.

2nd prize : Caroline Barberousse conceived sandals in carpet for Burklina Faso. She won a weekend trip for two to a European destination of her choice.

3rd prize : Anne-Solène Decord used the rug’s waterproof qualities to fine-tune systems for collecting water, also destined for Africa. She won a year of movie entries.
