Algeco, creator of the « Modular Construction » concept launched a contest on the subject « Individual housing - industry and personalization » which meant creating an individual housing project using a basic Algeco module.

Special jury prize

The jury awarded special mention to the « nid’hom » (man’s nest) created by Erell Bernard and Sébastien Caron for its inventive assemblage : 7 Algeco modules positioned on 3 levels to form a long building.
