INTERIOR DESIGN – PRODUCT DESIGN INTRODUCTION

Creativity tied to spatial design (Interior Design) or objects (Product Design) thanks to methodical exercises in volume and graphics research.

Understanding of different materials’ technical specifications, and putting them to use through the creation of small-scale models.

Use of computer tools with professional architecture and design programs: Autocad, 3D studio VIZ, 3DS MAX, Illustrator, Photoshop, Archicad.

Lisaa’s interior design course takes place over three years. Admission is obtained by an interview and presentation of a portfolio of original work, or after a year studying at Lisaa or another qualified establishment.

Lisaa trains interior designers – product designers capable of entering diverse sectors of the interior design and product design industry. These young creative talents are able to understand the realities of a business, its structure and mode of operations. During their training, students acquire the knowledge and mastery of the different tools necessary for the varied technical, aesthetic or marketing sectors of interior design and product design, as well as the ability to adapt to communication and interactive situations while respecting professional rules and protocol.

In the interest of maintaining permanent ties with the professional world, Lisaa pays special attention to communication and time management techniques, as well as to a project’s reality. Lisaa teaches students to cultivate a creative, personal concept, while remaining lucid and realistic.
